Responsibilities

  • As the Global Learning Ecosystem Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and structure to our global learning ecosystem, especially the Learning Management System by developing, implementing and optimizing scalable solutions for our ZEISS Academy CurioZ and related business segment academies with our central technical LMS team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and improve the global Learning Ecosystem including support services that optimally supports the digital needs of our ZEISS Academies and ensure compliance with standards and regulations (e.g. GxP-validation).
  • Collaborate with ZEISS Academies' business process owners, evaluate requirements and prioritize them in alignment with strategic goals and business needs.
  • Manage LMS product roadmap and interfaces to other applications and coordinate with technical team and Cornerstone.
  • Manage projects to development our standardized ecosystem globally.
  • Stays updated with trends in the Learning field through continuous learning, and internal and external benchmarking activities.
