Responsibilities

  • As the Global Learning Operational Excellence and Quality Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and structure to our global learning function CurioZ by developing, implementing and optimizing quality management processes, ensuring alignment with local, country-specific regulations and overall governance frameworks for our business partners. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and monitor quality management/assurance processes and procedures for our global learning function (CSOP, SOPs, WIs) to ensure compliance with standards and regulations and collaborate with our internal business partners.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of inefficiency for our function's performance, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports, decision papers and presentations for management on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze country-specific, local legal requirements in the field of learning (e.g required learning language, learning time per year, documentation, …).
  • Stays updated with trends in the Learning field through continuous learning, and internal and external benchmarking and audit activities.
  • Educate, and develop continuous improvement skills and competencies across the global learning function in terms of quality and processes.
