  • Minimum qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • 1. Moderate content and classify according to TikTok Ads policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency and in line with local legislation
  • 2. Become an expert on TikTok Ads policies and procedures
  • 3. Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross functional partners
  • 4. Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale
  • 5. Act as the intermediary between both internal and external customers and the Ads Integrity team to handle their daily queries and questions.
  • 6. Collect customer feedback, address issues and concerns, and provide support to achieve business success via our platform.
  • 7. Execute both quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and trends to deliver insights on various dimensions such as policy, system and process that will drive optimisation and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • 8. Work closely and hand in hand with other departments to respond quickly to relevant service-related needs.
  • 9. Become an expert on TikTok Ads policies and procedures
  • 10. Performing miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
