Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day account management for multiple accounts, including approval of partner advertising, media, events and other related activation plans utilizing NBA marks or assets.
  • Manage the fulfillment of partner sponsorship portfolios across NBA and WNBA properties, including leading partner activation processes from start to finish.
  • Keep the Senior Director of Marketing Partnerships -Canada informed of all issues and status of accounts; escalate as necessary.
  • Day-to-day relationship builder and business lead for accounts in a variety of industries and at agency level; must demonstrate a proven ability to understand different business categories.
  • Work cross-collaboratively across the NBAC team to deliver on marketing programs, generate branded content, execute partner media plans, events, and positive PR.
  • Drive revenue opportunities for the organization, working closely with the Business Development team and direct manager, to pitch upsells to current partners.
  • Lead Hospitality for the NBA Canada office, including:
  • Manage NBA Canada suite in Scotiabank Arena including distributing all tickets and arranging F&B.
  • Manage ticket inventory around Canada Series games and any local grassroot events.
  • Manage invite lists and logistics for B2B events, NBA All-Star, and social functions.
