Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will support the Global LTI team in launching a new global employee share plan and assist with the global discretionary LTI plans, including the quarterly grant process and releases. You will build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in other internal functions such as Executive Reward, Payroll, Group and Company Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Company Secretariat to support the delivery of lifecycle events, address and resolve participant-related queries, escalations, and issues. Working closely with our share plan administrator, external global compliance partner, and tax advisor, you will ensure the smooth operations of our global plans.
