Responsibilities

  • Technical ownership/leadership from a Data Resiliency & Compliance perspective, for strategic customers/opportunities. This will also include post sales activities.
  • Acting as the conduit between the field & product management/engineering ensuring the future strategy of the portfolio aligns with market now and in future.
  • Act as technical thought leader & mentor: delivering innovation, insights and enablement to extend the skills of our field and partner presales communities.
  • Collaborate to create a full value cycle to support customer and partner engagement with our portfolio including: Demos and PoCs with the CoE, asset creation with Product Marketing and Partner Marketing and Service wraps.
  • Be one of the public faces for the portfolio helping to build the portfolio’s market presence utilizing exceptional in-person & social media communication skills.
