Requirements

  • You are a proven, customer facing, commercially savvy solutions professional with extensive experience in the technology, infrastructure, data management industry.
  • Deep knowledge of Data Resiliency, Data Compliance domain, in particular the leading software and solutions in this arena (Commvault, Veeam, Veritas)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to adopt to the target audience (internal, external & seniority levels).
  • The ability to manage multiple engagements - prioritization, planning, task delegation & attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation: tenacious & comfortable working in a virtual, global team structure.
  • The ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, solutions and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Technical ownership/leadership from a Data Resiliency & Compliance perspective, for strategic customers/opportunities. This will also include post sales activities.
  • Acting as the conduit between the field & product management/engineering ensuring the future strategy of the portfolio aligns with market now and in future.
  • Act as technical thought leader & mentor: delivering innovation, insights and enablement to extend the skills of our field and partner presales communities.
  • Collaborate to create a full value cycle to support customer and partner engagement with our portfolio including: Demos and PoCs with the CoE, asset creation with Product Marketing and Partner Marketing and Service wraps.
  • Be one of the public faces for the portfolio helping to build the portfolio’s market presence utilizing exceptional in-person & social media communication skills.
