  • Oversee the cross-BU (air, sea, road) CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) processes to ensure high standards of quality for our healthcare clients.
  • Request input on root causes and corrective actions from internal teams, suppliers, and clients; validate this information against established processes within the transportation supply chain.
  • Craft detailed responses on CAPA/RCA topics for key healthcare customers, ensuring complete engagement until issues are fully resolved.
  • Work closely with all involved parties to track and complete corrective actions for identified issues.
  • Lead the analysis of CAPA/RCA trends and initiate corrective actions for repetitive issues, collaborating with agreed interface partners for improvement.
  • Spearhead specific performance improvement projects identified through trend analysis, KPI evaluations, and performance metrics.
  • Take on additional responsibilities in quality assurance, such as lane-risk assessments and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) review and corrective actions, as the role evolves.
