  • Act as the C&WP subject matter expert (SME) and Technical Admin for dedicated tools.
  • Collaborate with CoE Functional Leaders and BU SPOCS.
  • Pivot the coordination with HR Ops and IT, when applicable.
  • Translate data findings into meaningful recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Talent data.
  • Implement Data Governance Practices.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance Talent related processes.
