Responsibilities

  • Strong project management skills to implement and deploy standard talent development strategies related to leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and culture & engagement.
  • Maintain and analyze talent dashboards to report talent development metrics.
  • Conducts ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommends modifications and improvement as necessary.
  • Talent advocate collaborating with HRBPs and business stakeholders across the organization.
  • Promote and sustain Inclusion & Diversity practices.
  • Provide training and support to managers on development processes and best practices.
  • Take steps to understand the business environment and industry landscape to become more effective in supporting the business.
  • Collaborate with leaders to support and promote a talent development mindset.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Talent Development function, always behaving ethically and professionally driving the ‘best practice’ message and able to manage multiple issues at the same time.
  • Keep connected to best practice developments and innovations within the Talent Development discipline outside the organization.
  • Business and HR engagement to understand organizational climate and provide insights that may impact future talent development practices.
  • Contribute to Talent Development and other HR projects/programs for enhancing and improving initiatives including process and technology enhancements.
