Responsibilities

  • Negotiating and executing financing transactions for infrastructure and private equity portfolio companies in coordination with investment deal teams
  • Developing and maintaining key lending and debt advisory relationships within the leverage finance and infrastructure financing market
  • Assisting with equity syndication activity, in close coordination with the Alternatives Capital Formation team
  • Leading or supporting deal teams in equity capital raising and/or exit preparation/activity for private equity and infrastructure PortCo’s
  • Coordinating with the DCM team globally on lender relationships
