Responsibilities

  • Provide effective solutions to problems the end users are facing in the technologies falling in the Digital Workplace area, as a 3rd level escalation team.
  • Find improvement in service support for previously identified and assessed delivered services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work effectively with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure the success in different projects.
  • Partner with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration of collaboration platforms with existing systems.
  • Provide technical consultancy to consumers and stakeholders whenever there are mergers & company acquisitions that involve data migration between platforms.
  • Understand client needs and objectives: Analyze business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Document solutions and processes: Create clear and concise documentation to guide future use and maintenance.
  • Testing new implementations in Pre-Production Environments.
  • Applying continuous improvement to internal processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities to improve in the collaboration technology space within the organization.
  • Business Critical incidents and requests and escalation management.
  • Collaborate regularly with Product Owners, Product Managers, Service Owners and IT Security.
