  • Bachelor’s, master’s degree or PhD with strong academic record within ​Chemical or Process Engineering. Other applicable degrees will be considered. ​
  • Completed degree by the year of starting (2024).
  • No more than three years of relevant fulltime work experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Formal experience is not a requirement.
  • Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to offshore and onshore plants in the UK and abroad, gaining practical experience and expanding your process engineering skills.
  • Contribute to technical support and integrity tasks for operation, maintenance, and modifications across our global assets.
  • Participate in major projects and modifications, from feasibility studies to execution, commissioning, and start-up, both locally and internationally.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, gaining insights into other engineering disciplines and exploring the possibilities enabled by process engineering within Equinor's extensive technical network.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, perform technical calculations, execute specific work scopes, contribute to technology development, and take advantage of networking opportunities within the process discipline.
  • To thrive in this business area, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaboration is key, as you'll work within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively. A positive and engaging mindset, coupled with the willingness to embrace challenges, will contribute to your success in this role.
