  • A degree essential at 2:1 or above. Mathematics and Economics are preferred.
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience either full time or part time.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient logging of Non-Stock and Stock Purchase Orders and invoices into the Purchase Ledger system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify and process all invoices, confirming that each corresponds to the corresponding NSPO and address any discrepancies if found. This applies both to internal departments and external suppliers, escalating any issues as needed.
  • To liaise with customers regarding invoices and deal with any customer queries appropriately.
