Requirements

We are looking for a driven, well organised individual that can demonstrate excellent time management skills with an ability to manage a broad portfolio of work. You will have t he ability to work as part of a team and be confident in undertaking site work alone.
If not already achieved the successful applicant will be encouraged, and supported, in their application to become a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).

Responsibilities

Assisting with the management of Rural Estates, Land and Residential Property portfolios
Valuations and AMC advice
Sales and lettings of agricultural, commercial, and residential property
Countryside Stewardship and Environmental Land Management grant advice
Farm business management
Landlord and Tenant
Advice on rural planning matters and diversification schemes
Assisting clients with compensation claims and negotiations
Renewables, biodiversity, related grants and legislative requirements
General rural practice advice
