  • We are looking to appoint a Graduate or Apprentice Rural Surveyor to join our busy and expanding team. Ideally based in our Carlisle (North Lakes) office we are able to offer flexibility with regard to our other locations in Durham and Kendal and flexible or hybrid working is encouraged.


  • We are looking for a driven, well organised individual that can demonstrate excellent time management skills with an ability to manage a broad portfolio of work. You will have t he ability to work as part of a team and be confident in undertaking site work alone.
  • If not already achieved the successful applicant will be encouraged, and supported, in their application to become a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).
