Responsibilities

  • Prüfe Konzern- und Jahresabschlussrechnungen nach schweizerischen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (OR, IFRS, US GAAP) direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort, im Büro oder im Homeoffice
  • Führe integrierte Prüfungen von multinationalen Unternehmen oder Schweizer Niederlassungen ausländischer Konzerne durch, einschliesslich der Berichterstattung an den Konzernprüfer
  • Analysiere wesentliche Geschäftsabläufe wie den Debitoren-Umsatzprozess und nehme Prozesskontrollen vor
  • Beteilige dich bei der Prüfung von Nachhaltigkeitsberichten nach internationalen Standards wie dem GRI SRS
  • Unterstütze bei komplexeren Geschäftsvorgängen wie z.B. Unternehmensfusionen oder Kapitalmarkttransaktionen
