Requirements

The candidate must have BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree or MSc Building Surveying degree focused on gaining MRICS.

Responsibilities

Due to success and ongoing growth, our client is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join the team. Reporting to the Directors and Associate Director. The candidate will be assisting the Senior Surveyors in their roles and running smaller projects using their own initiative. Undertaking measured surveys and drawing work using AutoCAD. Duties will also include general professional work, liaising with other staff members, including those of other disciplines within the office, site visits and any other tasks as may reasonably be required.
