Requirements

  • You will need to be studying towards or have achieved a 2:2 in your degree. You will need to demonstrate a range of qualities including:
  • Able to build trusting, long lasting relationships that are collaborative and deliver phenomenal outcomes
  • Strong collaborator with a ‘can do’ and ‘hands on’ approach
  • Capable communicator who is able to influence peers and team members
  • Strong organisational skills, able to handle time and priorities efficiently
  • Proficient across all Microsoft Systems
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint documents that concisely communicate key messages, plans or outcomes
  • Excel ability to interpret data and create insight that can be communicated (eg pivot tables, basic formulas, graphs).

Responsibilities

  • Your role as a Graduate will vary largely on a day-to-day basis:
  • Support the creation, review and delivery of practice engagement plans working closely with Business Partners to collect output into actionable plans.
  • Work with Business Partners to support the delivery of key practice-facing activities in line with agreed engagement plan activity.
  • Co-ordinate key initiatives owned by the Business Partnering team and wider division.
  • Support the communication of key Business Partnering updates both internally through Leadership Team inputs and externally into LMBU businesses where appropriate.
  • Work with the wider team members to gain understanding and insight into the different functions and how this interacts with a Partner Business.
  • Your role will require nationwide travel so we would like to hear from everyone wherever you are in the UK.

  • Discretionary Bonus Scheme

    Different bonus schemes are in place dependent on role and grade, and may reflect personal and company performance. Any amounts payable are non-contractual and non-pensionable.

  • Pension scheme

    We provide a non-contributory money purchase pension arrangement. 10% of salary is contributed on a monthly basis by the company, increasing to 12.5% after 5 years and 15% after 10 years’ service.

    Employees can elect to sacrifice a proportion of gross salary or discretionary bonus in exchange for a contribution to their pension, which the company will enhance by 10%.
