Responsibilities

  • As a Graduate CAD Specialist, you will:
  • Support all other team members producing detailed drawings using company CAD software and hardware
  • Obtain, manage and utilise data from a range of sources including the Land Registry, Ordnance Survey, Environment Agency and Utility companies
  • Interpret HM Land Registry title plans, utility maps and as-laid drawings received from contractors, to create and deliver up to date, accurate drawings to support our consultancy advice
  • Scale and re-scale maps using reference sources to ensure geographical accuracy
  • Develop and maintain own knowledge and skills via company run and wider training
  • Initially shadow and gradually move on to working more independently on projects and requests
  • Play a key role in the team by supporting, communicating and helping all other team members
