From day one we will support you in developing the technical, digital, and professional skills for you to succeed as a professional within the Commercial Sales team. Working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders you will gain first hand insight into the journey of a commercial energy contract from initial quote through to a live energy contract.

  • You will be an ambitious individual looking to join an organisation where you can thrive. As a minimum you will have secured the following
  • A degree or predicted degree in business related subject (2:1), together with
  • Three A levels (or equivalent) at grade A* – C or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4 – 9 including Maths and English

  • SME sales (TPI & direct sales relationships)
  • Mid-market sales
  • Deemed debt and change of tenancy
  • This will provide you with first-hand experience of quoting, negotiation, tendering, contracting, and assurance and compliance. Rotation across all key areas will enable you to develop a customer-centric approach and understand how we develop cost-effective solutions for our customers alongside the opportunity to build a working knowledge of the energy sector
