Description

  • As a Customer Success Manager, based in the London (UK) office, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across these customer focused activities. You will play a key role in creating and successfully delivering account plans to unlock growth opportunities. 
  • This is an entry level role for someone with 0 - 2 years of work experience. We are looking for someone who has the potential to develop quickly, progressing up through the grades at Persado.

Requirements

  • Graduate with strong academic record and 0 - 2 years of experience
  • Ambitious, fast learner, eager to understand new solutions, technologies and processes
  • Analytical thinker with structured problem solving skills
  • Collaborative team player who is able to read the room
  • Confidence and initiative to own the solution
  • Clear and concise communicator

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement and adoption of Persado, serving as the primary day-to-day client contact for enterprise accounts in the Retail and Financial Services industries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute account plans that move customers along the Persado maturity path
  • Be an advisor and expert on Persado products and testing methodologies: educate and onboard customers, develop supporters and champions, use data to build a story of program success, and advocate for customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, product managers, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) managers, analysts and deployment specialists at your customer account to identify and plan campaign opportunities
  • Lead weekly status calls and other ad hoc working sessions (planning, support, results review) and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews and program governance meetings
  • Be a primary point of escalation to identify opportunities for process or product improvements to improve customer experience and outcomes
  • Use creative problem-solving and leadership to manage multiple work streams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Build a strong understanding of cross-channel digital marketing (email, push, web, app, search, paid media, etc.)
  • Travel to clients as needed
  • You will be working with a team of colleagues who have a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences which will help you develop in your career.
