Responsibilities

  • Create captivating videos and content for our careers website and social media.
  • Drive our Advanced Employer Brand, vision, and values through strategic People Experience content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and internal teams for maximum impact.
  • Enhance recruitment marketing campaigns across departments and locations.
  • Optimize content and craft compelling social messages on the go.
  • Conduct Persona research and innovate talent attraction strategies.
