Requirements

  • Proficient in video creation tools and content editing, delivering high-quality videos for social media.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging blogs, captivating social media copy, and compelling narratives.
  • A natural relationship builder, able to connect with people at all levels, ensuring the content resonates with our diverse audience.
  • Self-driven and proactive, you bring innovative ideas and enthusiasm to the team whilst managing your time effectively.
  • An understanding of KPI's the ability to make iterative change to your work to improve and exceed these goals

  • Drive our Advanced Employer Brand, vision, and values through strategic People Experience content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and internal teams for maximum impact.
  • Enhance recruitment marketing campaigns across departments and locations.
  • Optimize content and craft compelling social messages on the go.
  • Conduct Persona research and innovate talent attraction strategies.
