Responsibilities

  • In addition to office-based work, there will be opportunities to experience both hands-on workshop and offshore assignments, expanding your industry and operational knowledge in support of your development as an Engineer. Various technical and non-technical training courses are provided via the Fugro Academy to supplement your on-the-job learning.
  • Supporting you on your Graduate Engineer journey is a supportive and experienced, multi-disciplined engineering team, many of whom are Chartered Engineers, along with engineers from previous years Graduate Engineer cohorts. You will be assigned a mentor that will work with you to shape your development and support you as you work towards your own professional registration.
  • The engineering team provides a wide range of innovative engineering solutions in support of Fugro’s and our Client’s subsea operations across oil & gas, renewables, and decommissioning projects. This ranges from the design of bespoke subsea equipment and ROV tooling innovations to developing intervention methodologies and providing offshore operational support.
  • We are looking for enthusiastic, creative individuals who show a passion for learning and collaborating in a team environment to deliver successful projects. After two years as a Graduate Engineer, you will be given the opportunity to specialise in your preferred role within the engineering team, with a defined career path.
