Responsibilities

  • Our employee-owned and multi-disciplined team of engineering and design professionals is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer. As a member of our team, you will work alongside a talented group of Civil Engineers and other professionals to provide innovative civil design of projects. In this position, you will be responsible for site design for both public and private projects, including industrial site development, utility infrastructure and facility design, stormwater management systems, pollution control systems, corporate and academic campus design, and parks and greenways. You will have the opportunity to work on projects within the industrial, government, mining, and education sectors, which will expose you to a variety of complex and challenging projects within the Twin Cities metro, throughout Minnesota, and across the country. In collaboration with multi-disciplined professionals, you will prepare design calculations and plans and assist in planning and monitoring all aspects of site/civil from conceptual design through construction administration.
