  • You’ll also need to meet these essential qualification requirements:
  • An undergraduate (e.g. BA, BSc) degree at 2:1 or above (in any subject), plus
  • A minimum of a Grade C / Grade 4 in Mathematics and English Language at GCSE
  • It is key to know all offers to onto our graduate programmes are subject to satisfactory completion of our pre-employment checks. This includes a Right to Work check, reference check and a DBS criminal record check.

Responsibilities

  • What you'll be doing:
  • On our three-year Finance graduate programme, you’ll explore a variety of areas through a series of placements across our specialist teams.
  • You’ll gain a breadth of valuable experience whilst supporting the key financial services that make a real difference to our organisation.
  • You’ll also have opportunity to gain professional body chartership by completing accredited accountancy training through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). We’ll give you additional time for study and all the support you need to achieve your development goals.
  • When you successfully complete the programme, you’ll be offered an opportunity of promotion and continue to support key services and important decisions at National Highways.
