Requirements

  • We are seeking students expecting to graduate in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.2 at the time of graduation
  • Exposure to or experience with one or more development languages (such as Java, Python, JavaScript etc)
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems (such as Windows, Solaris, Linux)
  • A desire to work across the backend (Java) and front end (JavaScript)
  • Have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are specifically targeting a role as a Full Stack Developer.
  • You have technical aptitude and are passionate about how technology can have impact in a business
  • You are self-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • We’d also like to see:
  • Engaging communication and interpersonal skills – we value great teamwork and collaboration
  • A genuine interest for building a career in financial technology (FinTech)
  • Solid technical and problem-solving skills; you’ll need to be comfortable handling complex information with accuracy and great attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • In this role you will work with a team of 7 on our DataLend product. You will have the opportunity to work across the full stack from Java on the backend to JavaScript on the front-end, learning how to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to implement the product roadmap.
