Responsibilities

  • - Collaborate closely with colleagues and your wider cohort
  • - Support the team on a wide range of planning-related heritage projects across the UK
  • - Contribute to written documents like heritage statements, impact assessments, and environmental statements
  • - Visit project sites throughout the country
  • - Utilise research and analysis skills to assess the significance of heritage assets and their surroundings
  • - Contribute to developing project strategies, identifying potential risks and opportunities related to heritage
  • - Assist with preparing and submitting Listed Building Consent applications
  • - Participate in tender preparations
  • - Liaise with stakeholders like Historic England and Conservation Officers
  • - Build relationships with clients and help raise the profile of the Heritage team
