Requirements

You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree.

Responsibilities

Building knowledge of working within technical,application support and operational teams
Providing 2nd/3rd line support by owning, investigating and resolving incidents assigned to the team, working with Service Desk ticketing systems e.g. ServiceNow, ZenDesk
Learning how to monitor, log and interpret metrics in order to effectively identify and diagnose the root cause of incidents
Support with transforming business requirements into living workflows and systems

What will I learn during the two-year programme as a Graduate - IT Application Support Engineer?

During the programme, you will gain experience in a range of IT disciplines, starting with 2nd line application support and then transitioning to support our Applications-focused teams aligned to our various business units. You will also learn how to liaise between service management and IT delivery teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose live incidents.

Where is the office located for this role?

The office is based in Leeds, but we offer hybrid working arrangements. Attendance at the Leeds office is required a minimum of 2 days per month.
