  • The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a hands-on leadership development program for recent graduates of bachelor’s or master’s programs who are interested in working on data-driven digital software applications and creating an impact for leading brands such as Apple, Nike and GAP. This full-time program will train you to help tackle the next wave of digital challenges. We’re looking for team players, passionate leaders, and curious individuals who ask questions, solve problems, and who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. 
  • The AI & Software Engineering track provides career opportunities focused on delivering best-in-class engineering and technology-centric support for our clients. Your training and curriculum will cover a series of topics including AI, Application Development, Database Design, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, Product Management, Technical Solutions, Consulting and Stakeholder Communication. 


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Fall 2023 and Spring 2024
  • Area of study of Software or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant professional work and/or internship experience
  • Familiarity with Python and/or Go
