Requirements

  • To be eligible for the Graduate program,you must have completed your studies within the last two years (2022, 2023) or working towards graduation in 2024.
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Chemical / Process Engineering, or other related field
  • Less than two years of relevant work experience (local and international)
  • Right to work in the United States
  • Valid driving license
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical capability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • As a Graduate Process Engineering, your role will include:
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to optimize mineral processing methods.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, enhance efficiency, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor process parameters, equipment performance, and safety compliance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of process activities and results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
  • Take advantage of training opportunities for professional growth
