Requirements

To be eligible for the Graduate program,you must have completed your studies within the last two years (2022, 2023) or working towards graduation in 2024.
Bachelor or master’s degree in Chemical / Process Engineering, or other related field
Less than two years of relevant work experience (local and international)
Right to work in the United States
Valid driving license
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical capability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Process Engineering, your role will include:
Collaborate with experienced engineers to optimize mineral processing methods.
Analyze data to identify trends, enhance efficiency, and troubleshoot issues.
Monitor process parameters, equipment performance, and safety compliance.
Work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Maintain accurate records of process activities and results.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
