Requirements

Have a passion for the built environment and a keen interest effecting positive change for clients, communities and the planet
Have a demonstrable interest in the construction industry across infrastructure and real estate, and who understand the challenges facing the industry
Strive to deliver excellent customer service and uphold our commitment to quality
Have an awareness of current environmental issues and are keen to actively work towards a more sustainable future across the construction industry
Have an analytical mindset and wish to develop their skills
Hold an interest in exploring and presenting data
Want to deliver projects and programmes
Recognise their own development needs and are willing to invest time and energy in learning and refining their technical and commercial skills

Responsibilities

Upon joining, you will be provided with a structured development plan which introduces you to the technical and commercial competencies that graduates need to succeed at Turner & Townsend. This gives you the necessary tools to manage and monitor your personal and professional development and progress. Throughout the programme you will be partnered with a Graduate Development Manager who will provide support and guidance to ensure you are on track.
As well as ‘on-the-job' learning, you will benefit from technical and behavioural training, learning from peers and experienced professionals providing you with the knowledge and skills to support you in your personal development. Alongside this you will be given the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications with organisations such as CIPS, RICS, APM, CMI, IMEA, ICE and CIOB (depending on your technical discipline).
