Requirements

  • An active interest in Market Research or Mystery Shopping – some experience would be ideal but not required
  • Some experience in a client facing project management roles would be nice to have – interest in stakeholder management is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills – demonstrate flexibility, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks in order to deliver business requirements
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, including data checks and proofreading
  • Be dedicated, taking ownership of tasks and delivering as promised to the best of his or her ability, including being error free
  • Knowledge of budget management and finance would be ideal but not essential
  • Be a positive thinker with a can do, solution-focused attitude
  • Proactive and keen to grow their own knowledge and career at Ipsos
  • Good team contributor
  • Proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to learn and desire to develop a career in project management and/or mystery shopping
  • Enthusiasm for the role, team and life in general

Responsibilities

  • You will be part of the project team, managing the project from set up through to delivery. Although each client and project is different, the overall goal for this role is to ensure clients receive their mystery shopping data accurately, within scope, efficiently and to budget.
  • For each project you would be involved in many of the following:
  • Contribute effectively to client meetings including providing agendas, follow notes/minutes
  • Point of contact with Operations, suppliers and stakeholders to resolve problems or issues
  • Design/ draft project timelines and costings
  • Create and manage internal and external project plans/schedules
  • Contribute to the design of the project. Inputting into elements that will impact design: questionnaires, shopper guidelines/certifications and location files
  • Ensuring systems are set up correctly and working to resolve any issues with IT prior to fieldwork commencing
  • Managing and responding to queries from stores following their visit results being issued
  • Own the data processing process, ensuring data is delivered to spec and the project is delivered to the highest quality
  • Ensuring project related documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with Business Excellence standards
  • Providing regular updates to Client Success team and clients
  • Management of translations set up process (where required)
  • Responsible for delivering error free project data to Project Director for final sign off
  • Contribution to regular financial performance updates to ensure all projects are delivered within budget constraints
  • Ensure client satisfaction and represent Ipsos in a professional and ethical manner at all times
