Requirements

As a Graduate Consultant you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of the following:
Graduating or have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree or above.
Basic understanding or interest in project management, defence or the security sector.
Excellent people skills including written and verbal communication.
A desire to develop yourself and others.

Responsibilities

As the course progresses, you will have the opportunity to be deployed as part of a team into client facing delivery roles, helping our clients solve complicated problems, deliver complex change initiatives and improve business performance.
Through regular exposure to client work, you will be able to put theory into practice working with a supportive team who will challenge you to develop and grow within your role.
