Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or working towards a degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Have passion for Costain's Carbon Net Zero target.
  • Able to demonstrate a keen interest in developing a career in Project Management
  • Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proactive and driven approach to work and creating success.
  • Ability to working in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives.
  • IT proficient
  • Excel at building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • The ability to thrive in pressured situations.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
  • Mobility to work on various projects over the 2-year programme throughout the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the project disciplines to work as one team with our partner ‘be collaborative’
  • Putting the safety and wellbeing of the team and the airport at the heart of everything you do
  • Regular liaison with all relevant parties
  • Procurement
  • Liaising with and assisting Senior Project Managers
  • Contact administration
  • Data management
  • Coordinating the project team
  • Planning key task
  • Reporting on progress and cost
  • Site visits and meetings
  • Assisting with the specific needs of the Airport environment including minuting meetings, preparing slide packs and team planning
