Requirements

We are looking for diligent, innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following:
Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Quantity Surveying or a related subject
You think logically, are willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
You can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions

Responsibilities

Get to grips with all aspects of Contract Administration - the mechanisms and procedures that apply to contracts
Roll up your sleeves for some contract practice, and immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a project
Understand the implications and obligations that apply to everyone involved within the contract
Look after the financial management aspects of your project, such as cost reporting, valuations, changemanagement, and final accounts
Prepare and present reports on the performance of a project
Give effective forecasting of costs, risks and begin to understand the financial implications
Carry out measurement and quantification of the works
Seek out opportunities that strengthen your skills and knowledge to prepare you for a future with Siemens
