Requirements
- We are looking for diligent, innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following:
- Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Quantity Surveying or a related subject
- You think logically, are willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
- You can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
- You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions

- Get to grips with all aspects of Contract Administration - the mechanisms and procedures that apply to contracts
- Roll up your sleeves for some contract practice, and immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a project
- Understand the implications and obligations that apply to everyone involved within the contract
- Look after the financial management aspects of your project, such as cost reporting, valuations, changemanagement, and final accounts
- Prepare and present reports on the performance of a project
- Give effective forecasting of costs, risks and begin to understand the financial implications
- Carry out measurement and quantification of the works
- Seek out opportunities that strengthen your skills and knowledge to prepare you for a future with Siemens
