Requirements

Have completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics
Have a strong desire to progress your career within Quantity Surveying in the Construction industry
Have lots of initiative and a hunger to learn and grow your career
Strive to work in a team supporting clients on complex, large-scale construction projects
Have the legal right to work in the country to which you are applying and speak the local language fluently

Responsibilities

Join one of our MEP team and gain hands-on experience working in exciting, innovative sectors with some of the world’s most prestigious companies
Actively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting
Attend site meetings & design team meetings
Gain knowledge of estimating and life cycle costing
Help oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team
Learn more about bill of quantities and sub-contract packages
Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication
Engage in a range of learning and fun events that will help you connect with other disciplines within the organisation, build a network and make some friends!
