  • You will be an ambitious individual looking to join an organisation where you can thrive. As a minimum you will have secured the following:
  • A degree or predicted degree in a numerical subject (2:1), together with
  • Three A levels (or equivalent) at grade A* – C or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4 – 9 including Maths and English

  • From day one you will be responsible for meaningful work. Rotating around operational, credit and market risk you will
  • Be aware of and monitor macro-economic trends and their implications on the risk environment
  • Identify areas of improvement in procedures based on best practice in the risk function
  • Participate in the production of risk management content and materials for monthly and ad-hoc management reporting
  • Support the incident management programme
  • Understand and review the credit process and systems from origination to fulfilment
  • Support projects across the risk function
  • Conduct relevant analysis, for example analysis of portfolio risk
