  • Contact management / Prospect development
  • Pipeline management in Marsh CRM systems
  • Prospect and industry sector research and planning
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with prospects and industry stakeholders
  • Continuous personal learning & development
  • Delivery of new business budget targets to support your office and region
  • Project management from initial point of prospect contact to transition to client
  • Drive quality, consistency and accuracy in all aspects of the prospect and client engagement
  • Working as part of a wider Marsh team to enable us to deliver the best possible risk solutions to our clients
  • Being prospect / client key initial point of contact and key advocate within Marsh
  • Engaging with the wider community in Marsh McLennan, such as other business segments, specialties and our sister businesses Mercer, Guy Carpenter and Oliver Wyman
  • Once established in the role, we would expect the successful candidate to:
  • Deliver agreed new business targets
  • Progress in technical competency and experience as well as achievement towards industry accredited qualifications (Cert CII DipCII / ACII)
  • Develop a network of clients, prospects and stakeholders within your industry sectors
  • Steer towards an industry focus to build a future specialism.
