The candidate must have a predicted 2:1 degree in 2024, ABB grades at A level (or equivalent BTEC grades) or above, commitment, resilience, determination to succeed, and the ability to reside within a commutable distance of Birmingham Head Office.

The candidate will develop technical skills through on-the-job learning and short placements in various IT areas, including security, architecture, business analysis, service operations, apps, and infrastructure. They will also gain insight into customer experiences through a pub or restaurant placement and attend leadership development workshops. Support will be provided by a team of managers and mentors.
