Area of Responsibilities



  • You will complete a two-year accredited development programme whilst providing a tangible contribution to the success of the team. During the programme, you will undertake a series of rotations around the function gaining an understanding of the business and the service operation lifecycle.
  • Developing your knowledge during your time at Alstom is key, along with developing your skills, experience and leadership mindset. Within a climate of innovation, you will also support solutions to meet the customer requirements as part of the safety case and train presentation, support the identification and delivery of continuous improvement.
  • You will have the opportunity to complete on the job learning, which is complemented by a modular personal development programme. Supported by a mentor, you will be able to work towards gaining a relevant professional qualification.
