Responsibilities

  • 4–6 Stationen, davon mindestens eine im Ausland: Während des Programms lernst du verschiedene Abteilungen im Fertigungsumfeld (z. B. Fertigungsplanung, Fertigungsausführung, Montage) und angrenzende Bereiche kennen. Dabei sammelst du tiefgreifende Erfahrungen mit unserem vielfältigen Produktportfolio in der Hydraulik rund um das Thema Fertigungsautomatisierung.
  • Anspruchsvolle Inhalte: Von der Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse bis hin zur Mitgestaltung von Automatisierungslösungen in der Fertigung erwarten dich spannende Fach- und Projektaufgaben. Nach Abschluss des Programms übernimmst du eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe im Bereich Fertigung.
