  • Ausbildung: Du schließt dein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Automatisierungstechnik, Produktionsinformatik, Robotik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet mit IT-Bezug mit überdurchschnittlichem Diplom/Master (gerne auch Promotion) ab.
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Fertigung durch anspruchsvolle Industriepraktika gesammelt. Idealerweise hast du bereits Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung von Industrie-4.0-Projekten in der Fertigung.
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Du verfügst über eine zielorientierte Kommunikation, eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise und die Fähigkeit, ganzheitliche Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln. Du arbeitest ziel- und ergebnisorientiert, bist flexibel und begeisterst dich für die Digitalisierung innerhalb der Fertigung. Zudem hast du eine Affinität zur Softwaretechnik.
  • Sprachen: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

  • 4–6 Stationen, davon mindestens eine im Ausland: Während des Programms lernst du verschiedene Abteilungen im Fertigungsumfeld (z. B. Fertigungsplanung, Fertigungsausführung, Montage) und angrenzende Bereiche kennen. Dabei sammelst du tiefgreifende Erfahrungen mit unserem vielfältigen Produktportfolio in der Hydraulik rund um das Thema Fertigungsautomatisierung.
  • Anspruchsvolle Inhalte: Von der Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse bis hin zur Mitgestaltung von Automatisierungslösungen in der Fertigung erwarten dich spannende Fach- und Projektaufgaben. Nach Abschluss des Programms übernimmst du eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe im Bereich Fertigung.
  • Exklusives Mentoring: Während des Programms unterstützt dich ein*e Mentor*in aus dem oberen Führungskreis bei deiner fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung. Zusätzlich begleitet dich ein*e aktuelle*r Teilnehmer*in des Traineeprogramms während des Onboardings.
