What is the duration of the Graduate Specialist Program - Personal?
The program lasts between 18 to 24 months.
How many stations will I go through during the program?
You will go through 4-6 stations that provide you with comprehensive exposure to various HR functions.
Will I receive mentorship during the program?
Yes, each participant will be supported by a mentor from the upper management and an ongoing participant from the trainee program for onboarding assistance.
Is the employment contract permanent from the start of the program?
Yes, you will receive a permanent employment contract and will be part of the team from day one.
What type of qualifications are required for this position?
A candidate should have an above-average degree (Master's/Diploma; PhD) in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields with a focus on Human Resources.
Are internships required for this position?
Yes, we prefer candidates to have completed challenging internships in the HR field, ideally in industry or consulting, with some international exposure.
What language skills are necessary for this role?
Very good communication skills in both German and English, both spoken and written, are required.
