Responsibilities

  • Professional Work:
  • To provide all members of the Business Group team with support for their professional work.
  • To undertake all assessment requirements from both Colliers International and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors so that professional accreditation is obtained within the required period.
  • To conduct professional work for clients, and ensure that all relevant reporting requirements meet agreed deadlines in accordance with RICS regulatory compliance standards, to ensure that work is conducted within Colliers International Best Practice standards.
  • Client Contact:
  • To deal with client queries when necessary and ensure they are dealt with in a professional and proactive manner.
  • To maintain contact with clients and client coordinators so that the client relationship can be managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Contribution to Financial Targets:
  • To generate fee income to meet team and Business Group targets, and to provide new ideas for the generation of fee income.
  • Business Development:
  • To seek opportunities to develop new business, including cross-selling and identification of new business.
