Can I apply for this Graduate Surveyor role if I do not have a RICS accredited degree?
For our non-cognate Commercial Property London vacancy, a RICS accredited degree is not a requirement. However, for other Commercial Property vacancies, candidates are required to have, or be predicted to obtain, a RICS accredited degree.
What is the structure of the Graduate Training Programme for this role?
The Graduate Training Programme is designed to help you demonstrate the required level of knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to become a RICS qualified surveyor. The programme focuses on completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) through RICS with a Commercial pathway. It includes one 12 month rotation and two 6 month rotations to build experience across various services and specializations in the commercial real estate industry.
