The candidate must have an accredited degree in RICS or RTPI, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and proactive, and have strong problem-solving abilities.

The Graduate Surveyor will be responsible for researching and analyzing property data, valuing properties, appraising sites, attending client meetings, and assisting with planning applications and appeals. They will work closely with the Montagu Evans team and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
