The ideal candidate for the graduate technology position at Virgin Media O2 should have a 2:1 or above in a STEM or IT-related subject, possess great attention to detail, be confident in challenging and sharing thoughts, display a passion for technology and innovation, be motivated to become future leaders, and exhibit qualities such as supportive teamwork, creativity, honesty, authenticity, respectfulness, agile and inclusive leadership, and excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering technology projects, developing and implementing innovative strategies, maintaining IP and fibre networks, monitoring network operations, optimizing mobile networks, software engineering, automation, ensuring network performance and security, analyzing data, and contributing to company-wide transformation efforts at Virgin Media O2.
