What specific areas of risk management will the graduate rotate through?
Graduates will rotate through various risk functions, including Operational Risk, Market Risk, Clearing Risk, Risk Governance, Credit and Counterparty Risk, and Change Risk & Assurance, gaining comprehensive exposure and experience in each area.
What qualifications are required for this role?
Candidates must have a minimum of a 2.1 degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative degree, along with a strong academic record. Additional experience with data analytics and knowledge of financial markets is preferred.
