Requirements

  • - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • - Previous writing experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2-5 years’ experience)
  • - 2+ years of experience with relevant Adobe design software
  • - Video and animation experience (preferred)
  • - In some cases an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role
  • - Demonstrated ability in professional graphic design
  • - Working knowledge of UX and/or UI and able to build prototypes
  • - Outstanding creativity and innovative design skills
  • - Interpersonal and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a demanding environment

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into high-quality design on a wide range of projects and media, using the Adobe suite of software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business objectives.
  • Acquire input from key partners to ensure that designs meet the standards of the study and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and build solutions that improve design capabilities.
  • Develop concepts and complete by settling ideal usage of color, typography, imagery, and layout. Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials.
  • Use trend knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and completing specific classifications.
