Requirements

  • Experience with the Adobe creative suite, specifically: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. AfterEffects and PremierPro are advantageous
  • Previous experience in Graphic Design either in-house or agency is necessary
  • Strong communications skills and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to take the lead, successfully manage projects, and to be able to see more than just the design perspective from conception to delivery
  • Proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and make best use of limited resources
  • Confident decision maker who is able to work independently
  • Ability to set-up print ready files
  • Strong portfolio of work
  • Ideally, you will have an understanding of Google Workspace. Google Slides is a bonus as this is where the majority of our templates are built

Responsibilities

  • - Be an inspiring brand guardian and advisor to internal and external teams, advising where appropriate on the look and feel of employee communications to ensure consistency across the business
  • - Work within the Communications Team, to reinforce our culture and tone of voice through creative design
  • - Produce timely, engaging and effective visual communication to support the strategy and priorities of Ocado Logistics, including; posters, infographics, brochures, collateral for company events, animations and assets for digital communications
  • - Understand stakeholder requirements; advising them on style, format, print options and timescales
  • - You will be the first point of contact for Ocado Logistics' design enquiries
  • - Make sure all work is reflective of the Ocado Logistics brand
  • - You will liaise with external print suppliers to ensure cost effective and high quality materials are printed to a high standard in line with stakeholder expectations, deadlines and invoices raised
  • - Ensure designs are appropriate and reflect the diverse makeup of our employees
