Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibilities as Grid Execution Manager, Power Plant Solutions APAC will be to take overall accountability and lead a team responsible for delivering compliant and timely grid connection solutions to our internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
  • Resource Management of a cross functional team of technical engineers supporting a portfolio of regional projects across the full project lifecycle
  • Project Optimisation of the portfolio, ensuring the diverse range of stakeholders' expectations are managed and business commitments are achieved
  • Process Improvement of technical, resourcing and tool processes to improve quality, efficiency and scalability
  • Team Development of your direct reports, taking a people-led approach to leadership to foster and attract industry leading talent
  • Contract Negotiations ensuring the contractual commitments on grid connection and electrical matters represent a balanced technically compliant solution at an appropriate risk level
