Requirements

  • We are looking for innovators and trailblazers seeking to challenge themselves. You will relish the chance to work internationally and will be keen to learn and adapt to new situations and departments.
  • If you have graduated in the last three years with either an undergraduate or Masters degree from a European university then we would like to hear from you.
  • Due to the nature of the role you will need to have a driver’s license (by the time you start with us in September 2024) and the right to work in the EU or UK.
  • Within the engineering stream we are looking for a degree in a STEM subject ideally within a non-chemical engineering, maths or related discipline.
  • If you are interested in our finance stream you must have a maths related qualification at A Level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • At DP World we strive to unlock the highest potential in people whilst developing the future of end-to-end logistics. As a participant on our GROW Europe GDP you will have the opportunity to work on real world projects, developing functional skills whilst gaining experience working across multiple locations in Europe. Our GDP also provides more formal learning opportunities designed to develop skills and knowledge that will enhance your future placements and career.

  • You do not need to specify which stream you are interested in at this stage. As part of the application process you will be requested to select three streams you are interested in pursuing. During the assessment process we will discuss with you further your preferences, and where we consider you to be a good fit.
